By accessing and using SprynAI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SprynAI provides AI-powered content generation tools including but not limited to blog writing, social media captions, product descriptions, and other content creation services. Services are provided on a credit-based system.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payment

Our services operate on a credit-based system:

  • Credits are purchased through our payment provider (Polar.sh)
  • Different AI tools consume different amounts of credits
  • Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
  • Purchased credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
  • Generate spam or misleading content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

For our AI image tools specifically, you may not generate, edit or request:

  • Adult, sexual or nude content of any kind, and any sexualized depiction of minors
  • Images that undress, sexualize or humiliate a real person, or any non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Face swaps, deepfakes, or any image that places a real person's face on another person or body
  • Images of real celebrities, politicians or other public figures, or content that impersonates a real person
  • Headshots, avatars or edits of another person's photo without their consent
  • Copyrighted characters, brand logos or trademarks you do not have rights to, or the removal of watermarks or copyright notices
  • Graphic violence, gore, hate symbols used to promote hatred, or content that encourages self-harm

When you upload an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that any person shown is you or has consented to the edit. SprynAI is intended for business and professional use by adults and is not offered to anyone under 18.

Every image request is checked by our own content filter and by our AI provider's safety filters before an image is produced. Blocked requests are logged. Repeated violations disable image generation on the account, and we may suspend or terminate the account and report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you generate using our AI tools. However, you acknowledge that similar content may be generated for other users as the AI model is not exclusive to you.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services with or without notice
  • Perform maintenance and updates
  • Suspend accounts that violate these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

SprynAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is" without warranties. You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and editing generated content
  • Ensuring accuracy and appropriateness
  • Compliance with applicable laws when using the content
  • Fact-checking any information in generated content

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and any remaining credits will be forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
